KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, Surgical to lead strategic marketing initiatives for product launches and market growth across the Eastern United States.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver impactful field programs and drive customer engagement in a multi-specialty portfolio including laparoscopic, orthopedic, pediatric, and thoracic products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of medical device sales and/or field marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven marketing tools.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Plan and deliver marketing and educational programs for internal teams and customers.
• Lead product launches and manage portfolio performance.
• Partner with Sales to support field activities and customer engagement.
• Gather field and customer insights to inform strategy and forecasting.
• Act as subject matter expert for surgical products and market dynamics.
• Support automation of best practices and alignment across teams.
• Manage regional events, labs, and conferences; track outcomes and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs.
• Travel: 60–75%.
