Qualifications

• Plans, develops, and delivers orientation programs for new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration into clinical roles.
• Maintains accurate records of clinical training, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Provides hands-on training, classroom instruction, and simulation-based learning to build clinical competencies and staff proficiency.
• Stays current with clinical practices and trends in healthcare education and integrates evidence-based standards into programs.
• Demonstrates leadership to foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
