Job summary

Aroa Biosurgery Limited is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to drive growth in Central PA and Northern MD. This full-time field-based role partners with the Territory Manager to expand adoption of the soft tissue repair portfolio; you’ll engage surgeons, hospital teams, and clinicians in OR settings.

You’ll cover cases, support follow-up care, in-servicing, inventory, and account development while building relationships and understanding product portfolio and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Minimum of proven sales experience in medical devices or healthcare.
• Experience in operating rooms or hospital settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and clinical activities across Central PA and Northern MD.
• Cover OR cases, follow-up care, inventory, and account development.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital teams.
• Execute territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
