Qualifications

• Current licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Verbal, clerical, numerical, and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to attend leadership classes and customer class.
• PALS within 1 year of employment.
• ACLS within one year of being hired for position.
• BLS certification required.
• Two years of critical care experience; hospital experience preferred at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Responsabilités

• Directs and guides patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel.
• Conducts age-specific patient/family assessments.
• Documents data related to patient’s condition per policy.
• Completes computerized documentation timely and accurately.
• Performs supervisory duties and conducts employee performance evaluations.
• Assumes authority for hiring, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions with independent judgment.
