Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years perioperative nursing experience.
• Progressive leadership experience required.
• CPAN/CAPA certification preferred or obtainable within one year of employment.
• Maintain current American Heart Association BLS; obtain ACLS and PALS within six months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of Preoperative and Postoperative services ensuring regulatory and professional standards.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance improvements to optimize throughput and safety.
• Manage department budgets including labor, supply costs, and productivity; drive cost-effective utilization.
