Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and pre-admission testing for outpatient and same-day surgery.
• Conduct perioperative phone screening and provide arrival times and instructions.
• Ensure nursing care meets safety, effectiveness, patient rights and guest relations per standards.
• Track and report issues from pre-admission calls and follow up with action plans.
