Responsibilities

Supervises professional and support staff for the Revenue Cycle within budget and quality standards.
Carries out tactical planning and executes strategic plans; ensures staff have resources to perform.
Optimizes staff productivity, resolves workplace problems, and develops procedures and guidelines.
Participates in enterprise-wide projects and acts as liaison between areas inside and outside Mayo Clinic.
May require occasional travel; serves as coding SME for staff and leadership across the Revenue Cycle and related departments.
Maintains expert knowledge of coding workflow and optimizes use of available technology.
