Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II codes for professional surgical services.
• Review records for completeness, accuracy, and medical necessity.
• Identify coding compliance issues and assist with denials reduction.
• Audit coding accuracy via ad hoc reports and focused reviews.
• Stay current on coding updates and payer policies.
