Job summary

MPOWERHealth is seeking a Clinical Development and Engagement Lead to advance onboarding, engagement, and growth of Surgical Assist teams. You will partner with Clinical Leadership, Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure a high-quality clinician experience from candidate assessment through long-term engagement and retention.

Qualifications

Hands-on surgical clinical experience as a Surgical First Assistant (LSA, RNFA, CSFA), Surgical Technologist, OR RN, or Surgical PA/NP.
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for onboarding, integrations, and conferences.

Responsibilities

Identify and vet candidates with surgical backgrounds for SA roles.
Design and manage onboarding for Surgical Assist hires, from day one to 30 days.
Develop competency standards and education resources for SA team growth.
Drive clinician engagement, gather field feedback, and align with leadership.
Represent the company at conferences and with surgical clinicians.
Support growth during market expansions and HR retention initiatives.
Track onboarding, engagement, and retention metrics to inform leadership.
