Job summary

Baptist Health’s Bethesda East in Boynton Beach is hiring a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) for a full-time shift 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM in the Clinical Surgical unit. The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and requires current RN licensure with ADN/BSN paths depending on tenure and facility policy.

The nurse will provide bedside patient care, participate in team-based care, and meet core competencies including assessment, communication, planning and evaluation per safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or higher in nursing.
• Valid RN license.
• CPR/BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP and related certifications may be required per department.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the bedside in a surgical/acute Med/Surg setting.
• Deliver patient-family centered care following evidence-based standards of quality, safety and service.
