You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families. Requires RN license and ongoing certifications; sign-on bonus available up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• 1 year Emergency Room or Critical Care experience required.
• RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS, PALS may be required.
• RN preceptor class and BSN progression expectations outlined in policy.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-family centered care in accordance with evidence-based standards.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care with collaboration across care teams.
