Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse in the PACU at Bethesda East, Boynton Beach, FL. The role requires critical thinking, strong patient care skills and ability to respond quickly to emergencies as part of a diverse surgical team.

The RN will work full-time on our PACU, manage assessments, collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia, and participate in evidence-based practice while meeting licensure and certification requirements.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in Nursing or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• RN license in Florida required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in PACU setting.
• Perform patient assessments and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with surgical team and anesthesia for optimal recovery.
