Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Surgery at Bethesda West in Boynton Beach, FL. The role is full-time, day/evening hours (11A-11:30P) with a $15,000 bonus.

The nurse will provide direct patient care in a highly specialized surgical environment and participate in evidence-based, patient-family centered care. Qualifications include an associates degree in nursing, an active RN license, and a minimum of 1 year circulating/scrubbing in an acute OR.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license to practice in Florida is required.
• Minimum 1 year circulating and/or scrubbing in an acute OR setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required per department standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the OR with patient–family centered approach.
• Demonstrate core nursing competencies and adherence to evidence-based practice, safety and quality standards.
