Job summary

Centerpoint - Versailles is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a full-time night shift (3x12, 7p–7a) with rotating weekends and holidays. A $10,000 commitment bonus is available for qualified candidates, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Candidates should have Kentucky RN licensure or a compact license and an ADN. BLS must be completed within 30 days, and one year of experience is preferred for this vital role in our 16-bed Med/Surg unit within a Critical Access Hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Kentucky RN license or a compact state license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• One year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and nursing care needs to create a plan of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and provide patient/family education relevant to conditions.
• Contribute to exceptional patient journeys and daily patient wellbeing.
