Job summary

Centerpoint - Winchester, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Circulator RN to join our OR team. This full-time, days shift supports multiple specialties in a 7-bed OR and requires on-call coverage.

Qualified applicants will hold an active KY RN license (or compact), an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, BLS within 7 days, and preferably a Bachelor’s in Nursing. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualifying candidates.

Qualifications

• KY RN license or compact state required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BLS certification within 7 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment and ability to work with minimal supervision; must handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Addresses physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural needs of patient and family.
• Communicates changes in patient condition with health‑care team.
• Completes focused patient assessments with reassessments.
• Assists physicians with procedures and medications per policy.
• Maintains safe medication administration and pain management.
