Qualifications

• RN license for the state where care is provided.
• BLS required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
• 8 years of recent relevant nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care services for the clinical specialty and assigned unit(s)/shift.
• Provide leadership in delivering professional nursing care and mentoring staff.
• Teach patients and families and ensure adherence to hospital policies and regulations.
• Promote privacy and security of patient health information (PHI) and collaborate with care teams.
