Qualificações

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) in Georgia with current license.
• Experience in leadership roles and unit management.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily unit activities during the assigned shift to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Lead staff scheduling, patient flow, and coordination with the clinical team.
• Round with physicians, participate in care planning, and manage care escalation as needed.
• Support the development and mentoring of team members and ensure compliance with standards.
