Qualifications

• Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 5 - months and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 5 - months

Responsibilities

• Oversee a department of frontline nurses and patient care.
• Advocate for nurses and support their professional growth.
• Hold tough conversations and manage staff performance.
• Mentor and coach staff; assist with scheduling and education.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient/physician satisfaction.
• Lead process improvement and unit budget monitoring.
