Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an ASC Charge Nurse to oversee day-to-day operations of the surgery center, including coordinating procedure scheduling, staff management, inventory control, credentialing, and safety programs.

The role involves collaboration on QA/QI initiatives and risk management to ensure high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and current BLS; ACLS preferred or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Current state RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification preferred or basic EKG or Arrhythmia identification certification.
• ASPAN membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of the surgery center, including scheduling of procedures and staff, inventory control, HR, credentialing, preventive maintenance and safety, marketing support, QA/QI, and risk management.
