Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks an experienced ASC Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse to lead daily operations in our San Antonio, TX surgery center. You will organize procedure scheduling, staff supervision, inventory control, credentialing, and safety programs.

The role requires an RN license, current BLS, and basic familiarity with EKG/arrhythmia concepts; ACLS is preferred. You’ll collaborate with QA/QI and risk management to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience managing day-to-day operations in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN license and BLS; ACLS preferred or basic EKG/arrhythmia knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling of procedures and staffing for the ASC.

General Summary Of Duties

Managing day-to-day operations of the surgery center. This includes but is not limited to overseeing the scheduling of procedures, scheduling and managing staff, inventory control, human resources, staff credentialing, preventive maintenance and safety, assistance with marketing, QA/QI, and risk management.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Current state RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification preferred or basic EKG or Arrhythmia identification certification.
• ASPAN membership preferred.
