Job summary

Saratoga Surgical Center in Corpus Christi, TX seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations and patient care across nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, anesthesia, and related services. You will monitor quality outcomes, mentor staff, and partner with physicians and leadership to uphold safety and service excellence.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, staff development, and a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• RN license is required and BSN is preferred.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in clinical settings.
• Experience in perioperative and ambulatory surgery environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
• Provide leadership and oversight of clinical operations and patient care services.
• Supervise nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, anesthesia, and patient care activities.
• Monitor quality of care, patient outcomes, and clinical performance metrics.
• Serve as a patient advocate and safety champion.
• Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate, and retain clinical staff.
• Verify employee licensure, certifications, and credentials.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve patient care and operations.
• Develop staffing plans and monitor resource utilization.
• Participate in budgeting and fiscal management activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Support staff education, competency validation, and professional development.
• Participate in leadership meetings and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
