Job summary

Bear Creek Surgery Center, a USPI joint venture located in Keller, TX, is seeking a Business Office Manager to oversee daily business office operations in a patient-focused ambulatory setting.

The role emphasizes weekday work with no on-call duties, holidays or weekends, offering career growth within a supportive environment and alignment with USPI’s standards of quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five years’ supervisory experience in a medical setting (hospital, surgery center, physician’s office).
• Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer-automated accounting systems.
• Experience with third-party payer papers including HOM, PPO and Medicare/Medicaid, etc.
• Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, openness, receptiveness to change, creativity and innovation.
