Bear Creek Surgery Center in Keller, TX is seeking a Business Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the business office within a high-quality ambulatory setting. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, accounting proficiency, and experience with third-party billing, in a facility with Joint Commission accreditation and physician ownership interests.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five years’ supervisory experience in a medical setting; hospital, surgery center; physician’s office
• Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer-automated accounting systems
• Experience with HOM, PPO, and Medicare/Medicaid third-party billing
• Demonstrates accountability, integrity, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative.
