Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years minimum receiving and inventory experience in a health care environment required
• Knowledge of computer inventory management systems, various software programs and medical products.
• Working knowledge of stocking and storing medical and non-medical supplies.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• The Materials Manager / Surgical Technologist is responsible for managing surgical supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships while providing surgical technologist support as needed.
• This role ensures the availability of supplies and equipment required for safe and efficient patient care and assists the surgical team during operative procedures.
