You will verify insurance details, maintain surgical criteria with providers, and coordinate pre-op and post-op appointments, contributing to a positive patient experience and efficient care delivery.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current CMA certificate and BLS certification required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• Strong process orientation.
• Ability to interface with multiple departments in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as patient point of contact to maintain open communication and engage patients.
• Coordinate surgical pathway from registration to insurance approval, medical clearances, and surgeon consultation.
• Verify insurance and document in EMR, maintain current surgical criteria with providers.
• Prepare and schedule pre-op and post-op appointments and assist in patient education.
