Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and assist the surgical team with supplies and setup.
• Anticipate the surgeon's needs and ensure equipment and supplies are ready before incision.
• Maintain sterile field and assist with draping, gowning, and instrument handling.
• Assist in training Surgical Technologists and new Surgical Assistants.
• Support patient safety and environmental disinfection in the OR.
