Qualifications

• Three (3) year of APP experience required.
• Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner, Midwife, or Physician Assistant by the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to recruit, onboard, mentor, and schedule APPs across surgical specialties.
• Develop and standardize clinical practice guidelines and coverage models.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize APP integration and care model sustainability.
