Job summary

UPMC is looking for a Lead Advanced Practice Provider to join the General Surgery team in Camp Hill, PA. This hybrid role focuses on inpatient care, daily rounding, and assisting in the operating room. The incumbent will also oversee APP functionalities while enhancing team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a CRNP or PA required.
• Three years of surgical experience strongly required.
• Must supervise 3 APPs and precept at least 1 student per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality inpatient surgical care including rounding and consults.
• Assist in the operating room, robotic experience/training required.
• Supervise and support APP staff including performance evaluations.
