Job summary

Sono Bello is seeking a Surgeon Administration Coordinator based on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. You will support surgical procedure delivery and partner with MAG/MLT to drive initiatives, onboarding, chart reviews, and reporting.

This role requires coordination across departments to keep projects on track. You will develop presentations, assist with change management, and manage onboarding and post-onboarding activities for surgeons, while maintaining confidentiality and aligning with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or healthcare-related specialty required.
• Two years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint; intermediate Excel/Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Project management support tracking progress via Smart Sheet/Excel.
• Provide status updates and meet deliverable dates across departments.
• Aggregate KPI reporting with Analytics; prepare reports and training materials.
