Job Opportunity: Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Macon, Georgia

A top ten hospital in Georgia is seeking a board-certified or eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a well-established practice in the historic Macon area. Macon is located south of Atlanta, close to mountains and beaches, offering a family-oriented community rich in culture and growth.

The hospital's physician group includes over 200 clinicians providing services across Central Georgia. The hospital is a 637-bed Level I trauma center with a dedicated Heart and Vascular Center, featuring state-of-the-art facilities such as cardiac catheterization labs, operating rooms, an EP lab, CVICU, and a cardiac rehab center. The cardiac surgery team performs procedures including ECMO, thoracic aortic surgery, minimally invasive aortic valve replacement, and CABG. The system is a certified LVAD destination and has an active TAVR program.
