• Manages incoming and outgoing phone calls maintaining department service level and abandonment rates.
• Provides patient instructions verbally and/or in person per department protocol.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $19.16per hour - $31.04per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
