Qualifications

• Effective communication with physicians, patients, and staff.
• Ability to coordinate with insurance carriers and pre-op authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient surgeries, including hospital reservations and anesthesia logistics.
• Gather insurance information and confirm patient financial responsibilities.
• Call patients to schedule surgery and arrange pre / post-op appointments.
• Maintain clear communication with PCP offices, device reps, and clinical staff.
