Responsibilities

• Schedule clinic appointments including consultations and follow-ups using the EMR and scheduling tool.
• Collect all pertinent demographic, insurance, and medical information.
• Confirm patient insurance eligibility at time of scheduling.
• Answer and resolve all incoming calls and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Triage and relay messages to appropriate staff and ensure confidentiality.
