• Coordinate, register and schedule appointments for patients based on availability.
• Conduct patient pre-certification for proper insurance approval.
• Ensure all pre-operative tests are scheduled and completed.
• Coordinate and arrange equipment, room availability, and pre-surgery medications.
• Explain surgery preparation instructions and answer patient questions regarding arrival and procedure details.
