• Notifies patients of confirmations, cancellations, or reschedules with clear information and instructions.
• Accurately enters and updates patient information in the EHR or scheduling system.
• Works with medical staff to align appointments with clinical priorities and optimize provider schedules.
• Tracks cancellations and no-shows and reschedules promptly.
• Provides general administrative assistance including calls, referrals, and patient files.
• Receives and reviews orders to ensure validity and completeness.
• Communicates with physicians and staff to schedule per clinical needs.
