Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
• BLS may be required per practice standard.

Responsibilities

• Obtain CPT and ICD-10 codes and related clinical information for the patient.
• Determine OR time and coordinate with facility; ensure anesthesia coverage and that all requirements are met.
• Verify physician credentialing before scheduling the patient.
• Coordinate provider clinic and facility schedules, including meetings, time-outs, and CME activities.
