Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules surgeries and coordinates with physicians and teams.
• Enters and updates patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and obtains authorizations for surgery and radiology testing.
• Prepares documentation and preoperative packets for patients.
• Assists with check-in/check-out responsibilities as needed.
• Maintains patient records in the electronic health record system.
