Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for new and returning patients.
• Schedule surgeries, procedures, and colonoscopies.
• Maintain physician schedules for efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with Practice Leader on scheduling issues.
• Assist physicians and handle necessary authorizations and records.
• Interact with patients with professional and courteous service.
• Maintain waiting room order and report facility problems.
