Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scheduling: Make appointments for new and returning patients and schedule surgeries, procedures and colonoscopies.
• Direct assistance to physicians: Provide administrative support and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Direct communication with patients: Answer calls, provide packets, greet patients and send surgery information letters.
• Office maintenance: Keep waiting room orderly, maintain exam rooms, and report facility problems.
• General: Remain professional under pressure and lead projects to standardize scheduling practices.
