Midwest Physicians Surgery Center is hiring a Full-Time Surgery Scheduler! As a Surgery Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the daily surgery schedule and manage all scheduling processes.
• Coordinate with doctors' offices and Operating Room Staff to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Problem-solve and strategize to optimize scheduling workflows.
• Provide high levels of customer service to staff and patients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospital clerical work or familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in operating office equipment and computer skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Good communication skills.
