Qualifications

• Medical terminology knowledge; some insurance background.
• Preferred: EHR experience and Microsoft Office Suite familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgery dates and locations; ensure alignment with patients, physicians, and facilities.
• Share prep and arrival guidance; confirm insurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate physician surgery calendars; document in NextGen/UroChart.
