Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months experience as medical receptionist or related experience preferred.
• Familiar with multi-line phones and basic typing.
• Able to learn hospital information system.

Responsibilities

• Schedule surgical procedures for Mountain View Hospital.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff for procedures.
• Interact with patients and maintain accurate schedule information.
• Ensure prior authorizations are obtained in a timely manner.
• Provide front desk support as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
