Welcome to Advanced Spine of Wisconsin At Advanced Spine Center of Wisconsin was designed with the goal of providing the best experience for patients and their loved ones. The facility has two operating rooms and one procedure room that are equipped with the latest in advanced surgical technology.
The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians, vendors and staff. Admit patients and process their paperwork. Update patient demographics/information in system. Collect balances due and document in the billing system. Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls. Assist with insurance verification. The Surgery Scheduler is responsible for scheduling pediatric and adult patients for the surgery center and assists with insurance verification when needed. The Surgical Scheduler must display excellent telephone etiquette as he/she manages calls of utmost importance to providing quality and continuity of individual patient care.
