Unio Health Partners in Los Angeles is seeking a Surgery Scheduler to manage surgical calendars, coordinate with physicians, hospitals, and centers, and ensure smooth patient flow from scheduling to procedure.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years in surgical scheduling, medical setting experience, and EMR proficiency. Knowledge of medical terminology and Spanish language is a plus, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and teamwork.

The Surgery Scheduler is responsible for maintaining an efficient surgical schedule between patients, physicians, hospitals, and surgical centers. This position receives scheduling requests from physicians and schedules procedures according to established guidelines. The Surgery Scheduler must have excellent organization, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Communication with physicians, staff, and patients is paramount in this position to ensure that scheduling needs are met effectively and efficiently.
