Job summary

Tap Healthcare Solutions in Beckley, West Virginia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgery to join our surgical services team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of surgical nursing experience and is comfortable in a fast-paced, procedural environment.

You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, and perioperative team to support high-quality patient outcomes. BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications are required within the specified post-hire timeframes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Surgery nursing experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork in a surgical setting.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical team to ensure safe, efficient patient care through perioperative phases.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff and other perioperative members.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.
