Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgery Main department. The role requires day shifts totaling 36 hours per week, on-site in Ohio. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate outcomes, while delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include providing general nursing care in diverse, acute healthcare settings, assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes.

The RN delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act and participates in process improvement activities to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, current RN license in Ohio or a multi-state compact, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of recent OR experience in an acute care hospital.

BSN is required within 5 years of employment.

The position is in the Surgery Main department with a day shift, 36 hours per week.
