Qualifications

• Masters degree in business administration, health care administration or related field.
• 5 years' progressively responsible management and budget administration experience.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Departments of Surgery and Plastic Surgery, including administrative oversight and financial planning.
• Lead staff scheduling, workflows, and interdepartmental coordination to drive efficiency, quality and safety.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets; partner with leadership to maximize revenue and contain costs.
