Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree in business administration, health care administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Departments of Surgery and Plastic Surgery.
• Develop and monitor operational workflows, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and environment of care to improve patient throughput and safety.
