The ideal candidate will bring a Master’s in business administration or health care administration with 5+ years of leadership and budgeting experience, plus Lean/Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, health care administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible management and budget administration experience.
• Experience planning and implementing administrative activities and supervising staff.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience working with physician leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Departments of Surgery and Plastic Surgery.
• Provide administrative oversight and financial planning for the departments.
• Develop and monitor operational workflows, policies and procedures.
• Recruitment, onboarding, records management and staff development activities.
• Establish goals, service standards and performance metrics with leadership.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing and operational leaders to drive efficiency.
• Communicate with staff and stakeholders during emergencies and surges.
• Build and monitor dashboards with analytics teams to inform decisions.
