Job summary

You will work with the Department Chair and System Chair to ensure high‑quality clinical care, teaching and compliant billing across programs. Responsibilities include budget development, revenue cycle oversight, recruitment and staff development, and driving initiatives that support OBH’s mission.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health care management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree acceptable for extraordinary experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for financial operations/management, collaboration with System Chair and Senior Leadership.
• Strategic direction and operational leadership for initiatives and programs across the division.
